Remote Access

My remote access program allows me to work on your computer from my location. I will never charge an extra fee for remote access, nor will I access your computer without your permission.

Remote access programs allow me to see your computer screen and use your mouse and keyboard. You can sit in front of the computer and see everything I'm working on, and ask any questions as we go.

Those who live out of town, or state, or country, can use this service as long as there's an internet connection on their computer!

We can get off the phone once I've started the work, so you can go on about your day without needing to babysit some computer tech in your house 😊.
